Common questions
How do I add my music?
Three ways. Add folder in the library picks any folder the Files app can see (iCloud Drive, a USB drive, a NAS) and reads it in place. Import from Music lists songs you own in the Music library. Why can't I play Apple Music or Spotify songs?
Streaming catalogues are protected and cannot be played by third-party apps. MP95 plays files you own.
A machine stops after a few minutes.
That is the free preview of a Pro machine. The cassette deck and turntable are free without limit; MP95 Pro unlocks the rest.
I bought Pro on my Mac. Is it on my iPhone?
Yes, with the same Apple ID. Open Settings in MP95 and tap Restore if it has not appeared.
The flashlight button is missing.
Room Light only appears on devices with a flash. iPads without one do not show it.
8D sounds like nothing happened.
Use headphones. The effect is built from differences between your ears and disappears on speakers.
The Apple Watch app says nothing playing.
The watch is a remote for the iPhone app. Open MP95 on the phone and start a track; the watch follows.
How do I remove a folder?
Library → Folders → swipe. Only that folder's tracks leave; playlists and favourites for the rest stay.
Where is my data stored?
On your device only. MP95 has no servers and no network access. See the privacy policy.
