1. Licence
MP95 is licensed, not sold, to you by Vlabor Apps for use on Apple devices you own or control, under the terms of Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement, which applies in full.
2. Your content
MP95 plays audio files you provide. You are responsible for having the right to play them. The app does not copy, upload or share your files.
3. MP95 Pro
MP95 Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription (yearly, monthly or weekly) or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and are managed in your Apple ID settings. A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Refunds are handled by Apple.
4. Free preview
Machines and features that are part of Pro may play for a limited preview without a purchase. The length of the preview may change.
5. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". Room Light drives the device flashlight and is not a strobe, but any moving light may be uncomfortable for people with photosensitivity; use it at your own discretion.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vlabor Apps is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version is always posted here.
